| | | | Review Title: Used To Be Much Better! | | | | | | Reviewer: Anonymous | | | | Review Date: 12/30/04 | | | | | | | Rate This Apartment | | | | | | | The office staff continually change.The rent never remains the same between leasing agreements.Maintenance crews and lawn services are exceptional.Parking is a real issue.Crime is a serious problem that seems to be neglected.They have very little security actually on site to protect the vehicles and apartments from vandalism.I always wake up 10 minutes early in the morning to check the glass windows on the vehicle to assess their integrity.It is beautifully landscaped.The ducks are creating a waste hazard and need to be minimized by at least one half.I have been happy living here but, I certainly don't make long term plans to stay. | | | | |
