The maintenance isnt the best, I had an a/c unit that would break about twice a week, they would come and reset it, but nothing else, this was on a two bedroom, and it seems like they shut the water off about for a full day about once every two weeks. You have to run the cloudiness out of it after its turned back on.I think for the money, its not worth it. Beware if you do live in that area, you will most likely end up with a LOT of parking tickets, I had over 500 dollars in tickets in about 3 months. (Part of mine were expired plates from California, and no front plate) But the parking is SO bad, and the Kansas City police LOVE to issue parking tickets in that area, in fact my daughter ran into a tenant that was starting petition with everyone to complain to the city about excessive ticketing.
