Reviewer:  Anonymous   Review Date:  1/19/05      Rate This Apartment     i have lived at willow creek now for 7 months and i absolutely hate it. the list goes on and on of problems that i have had here. to start with i have had several problem with the ac. have called the office several times on the issue and they will not do anything about it. they say that it is working normally. i am sorry but 90 deg. is a little warm when the thermostat is turned down to 75. another issue is that the water temp when taking a shower changes drastically. i have been burned several times while taking a shower since changes in water temp are faster than i am at getting out. and in the basement there is a sewer pipe that is leaking! parking is a mess also and not assigned very well. several times i have had someone parking in my covered parking spot. and to try and get out of this crap hole is going to cost me a penalty of $1800 and loss of deposit. this is not a good place to live.
