The building was constructed in just eight months at the cost of one million dollars. IT was built for a New Yorker by the name of A.W. Green, who had factories and agencies in 250 U.S. cities. Today The Freighthouse Lofts @ Stuart Hall offer a state-of-the-art amenity package that includes - fitness center, tanning bed, hot tub, and sauna. The clubroom with a walk-out patio is also filled with urban furnishings, a big screen television, billiards' and a business center with free online access, fax and copy machine.
