I’ve lived at 45 Madison for over 1 year and plan to stay for a few more. The office staff could not be any better … not sure what the other “reviewer” was thinking. 45 Madison is located between the plaza and Westport which is priceless and you’ll find a convenient heated garage and elevator. All in all I’d give them 8/10. However, if you occupy a unit by the pool you better be ready to party.  Need to rent an apartment?
