Apartment Review for Coach House Appartment - Kansas City, MO

If you are looking to throw away your money to be treated poorly and never find any thing that works then this is the complex for you. Upon entering the office you will find a group of women who all are dressed quite professionally and treat you in a welcoming manner. do not be fooled by this. I have lived in this complex for two years. Origionally when I would call for service the management office would make certain that everything was corrected within less then 24 hours. The grounds were well maintained and security patrolled nighly beginning at 6:00 p.m. Additionally the neighbors were quite and their was little to no debris to be found. Unfortunately around February of this year a new manager took over and the staff has faced 100% turnover. None of the people care after you have signed the lease and nothing is taken care of. The bushes are not trimmed, glass riddles the parking lots, no security patrols the area, even when vehicles are stolen and broken into, the lawns are not maintained, neighbors are loud and obnoxious, parking is a commodidity, unless you don't mind parking in the fire lane. A majority of the buildings are in disrepair and no one seems to care when you place a request with the office for repairs. In short, if you want to live in the ghetto and pay a Park Avenue rate then this is the place for you. Again don't fall for the deception that you will find in the office as it is nothing more then a sales tactic.
