Apartment Review for Devling Place - Kansas City, MO

I have had nothing but trouble since moving in here. The management is horrible about getting anything fixed and responding to any complaints. The maintance also doesn't respond timely and never leave notes telling you they have been in your apartment. We are trying to move now and management is not working with us at all and actaually being a bit threatening to us. The rent has been raised over $100 since we've been here (2 years). They used to have security patrol here at night, but since they have new management they have cut that out. Suggestion, when renting if they tell you something, make sure you get it in writing, because they will later deny it.
