Apartment Review for Kelly Crossing - Kansas City, MO

I hated living in these apartments. The management was horrible. You can only retrieve packages at certain times and at those times, there was usually noone there that could help you. It nearly 3 weeks for me to get a very important package because the only person with a key was out of town. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The staff lies. I have asked for maintenance, it never gets done and they say I did not ask for anything. Absolutely horrible. The Manager herself was very rude and snobby.
