Apartment Review for Kensington Court Apartments - Kansas City, MO

Lived at Kensington Court for several years: The best thing about this place is the location. They do keep the external appearance of the property up as well. The negatives about Kensignton Court are numerous: 1. The office is the biggest complaint - Discourteous office personnel (not very approachable); always seem a bit arrogant unnecessarily. - Poor attitudes when they have "rough days" especially around rent time. - Seem to have different hours all the time and don't call back if it is close to closing time. Office politics is the norm at Kensington Court. 2. Kids congregate in the stairways and you can't get to your apartment without walking through them. 3. Parking is a nightmare and when someone has guests over you have to park far from your building. Bottom line Wilhoit Properties has a nice property but there doesn't seem to be much rapport between the office and the residents, and that manifests in a lack of community.
