Apartment Review for The Clubhouse Lofts - Kansas City, MO

I am pleased to say that after looking at a few other apartments in the downtown and River Market areas, my decision on where to move was ended up being easy. The building is beautiful and the apartments are wonderfully updated. My request for washer and dryer hook-ups and gated parking were non-negotiable in my search. These were both easily met. Even after discovering the Clubhouse Lofts and that they met my needs, there was still another reason I signed a lease the day I looked. Mitch Ham showed me the units and was so welcoming. I know that without his impressive customer service I may still be looking today. My friend and I both commented on the impact he had on my decision. No one likes change, myself especially, but it was an easy transition. THe manager, Deb, was extremely kind and made me feel at home. Tim, who works with maintenance, also went out of his way to ensure I was accomodated during the hectic moving day. And finally, Mitch was correct in saying the building has a great residents that make you feel welcomed. WIth the help of friends and family, of course, I moved successfully! But what has made me happy and excited to be in the Clubhouse Lofts is the customer service. The staff made my change in address easy all around.
