plumbing problems, place is full of drug addicts, child molesters and crooks, 10 apts, were broken into this week, they are suppose to have security cameras on every floor, but funny the manager says nothing was on the tape. but of course he is a sick b a child molestor. rent was cheap, if you did not mind the cock roaches,  Need to rent an apartment?
