It's low rent, in a bad neighborhood and pure sleaze. If you don't like that, then don't go there. It's a beautiful building. Right on the bus line. Walk 5 minutes to any of several restaurants. If you like to steal, sell yourself, make a lot of noise and stink and ruin things, WELCOME HOME !!  Need to rent an apartment?
