I have lived here a yaer & a half. The place hass got so bad I am moving .People come and go all night.Knock on doors in middle of night.We haven't had any heat.The water is shut off atleast every other week. If you are a druggy ,prostitute or like all the drama you'll be glad to call this place home. The manager doesn't do anything about all the problems.  Need to rent an apartment?
