Apartment Review for Applewood At The Coves - Kansas City, MO

I moved into a one-bedroom apartment here in November 2005. It's a good, solid little place. It's meant to be a budget-minded apartment, considering what my rent is, but everything works, it's really quiet, and it has quite a bit of closet space. Other amenities are garbage disposal, dishwasher, and balcony or patio. I have a third-floor south-facing balcony. The management are friendly and act as if they care, and when we had a ten-inch snow December 7, they were very good about clearing the walks. I haven't had any problems yet.
