Apartment Review for Briar Hill Apartments - Kansas City, MO

We are signing our 2nd renewal at Briar Hill. Our time here has been wonderful. Karen and Andrea are great to deal with. Always smiling, even when you can tell they are running crazy. They always take the time to say hello if they see you out on property. The maintenance guys are great. They work hard and always clean up after they are done. You see then out on the yard, picking up trash everyday. The past winter the guys kept the snow and ice off the walks. we and our neighbors in the building were so glad to see that Karen won international manager of the year, for all the hard work and dedication she has for the residents and the complex. She and Andrea deserve to be rewarded for all they do for us. We will continue to live in this nice apartment and keep referring our friends for years to come.
