Apartment Review for Briar Hill Apartments - Kansas City, MO

I moved to Briar Hill, newly widowed in 1990. Karen moved me in all thoses years ago. I have always felt safe here. and the staff has always taken such good care of me and the beautiful complex I live in. I have seen so many people come and go over the years. Some I hate to see go and some I'm glad to see leave. What I have always appreciated about Karen the the staff, is they do not mess around with problem people. If we have a problem with someone, they handle things very quickly and profesionally. Any time you have to deal with the public, there is a chance you will get a bad apple. But Karen and the staff seem to do a good job of keeping the bad apples out! And if someone gets in, its not long till they move them out. That issome of why I have lived here for so long. Now this year Karen and Andrea were honored at a confrenance as Internation Crime Free Manager and Volunteer of the year, for all the hard work and dedication to the property. residents and their comunity. I could go on and on about the great maintenance service too! But I won't. Just beleive you won't get better service any where. So if you are looking for a safe place to live, with a staff that will take care of your needs, Join me and so many others making Briar Hill our home.
