Apartment Review for Briar Hill Apartments - Kansas City, MO

The place is a huge rip off!! When you move out no matter how perfect you leave your apartment Karen the manager will try to charge you all kinds of ridiculous fees for things they say are wrong with your apartment. It's nothing more than a money making scam that is probably illegal, but most figure it's probably cheaper to just pay the fees as opposed to hiring an attorney. I've heard some tenants say they think she is keeping the money for herself. She is extremely phony and calculating. The tenants in the complex do not like or trust her. The complex makes a good first impression. But, we all know how deceiving that can be.
