Apartment Review for Briar Hill Apartments - Kansas City, MO

I have lived at Briar Hill for over three years and have not had any problems. I find the office staff a delight and the maintenance staff always prompt on getting the work done. They are fast and fix things correctly the first time every time. I have lived at other apartment complexes like Camden Passage and Kelly Crossing to name a few and Briar Hill is by far superior to these other apartment complexes. The apartments are in a great locations and the grounds are kept clean. I have read other reviews about Briar Hill and am shocked. I've never been treated in a non professional way from any person at Briar Hill. They are very nice people and extremely friendly. When I moved out of Camden Passage I was charged approx. $800.00 for carpet that was already run down when I moved in. People only write the bad things in reviews...I'm telling you..from experience..that Briar Hill is alot cheaper and a better all over property than any other apartment that I have lived at.
