Apartment Review for Century Towers - Kansas City, MO

This apartment complex opened one month before my lease began. The first five months, the elevators were non-functional. My toilet has never functioned correctly. My utility bill (which ONLY includes heat/air conditioning) averaged $80/month for a 550 sq. ft. apartment. And my walls seem to be made of drywall put up over concrete, so I can't hang anything on the walls. The only redeeming quality was the friendliness and hard work of the maintenance crew to fix problems as they arose (they were in my apartment at least once a month fixing a significant problem).
