Apartment Review for Chouteau Heights Apartments - Kansas City, MO

When I moved in the landscaping, maintenance, and management was wonderful. Now, I have asked small things to be fixed, mold under the chalking in the bathroom, patio screen keeps falling off, etc. The management told me they would get to it when they could. It never happened. My neighbors had to move, one didn't have a stove for 3 months, another no a/c for a month and half. I have to sweep the outside steps and sidewalk, pull the weeds from the sidewalk. I am looking for another apartment and find their are nicer ones for the small rent.
