this place is a JOKE and if you move here the joke is on you. horrible construction, thin walls, hot in the summer, cold in the winter and noisy. oh, have you heard of the leaky roofs, broken pipes, sagging balconies, garage repairs. residents are frequently relocated. get insurance, renters and vehicle. broken vehicle windows, theft from vehicles and stolen bikes from the garage are common. enough said...oh, it's EXPENSIVE...owned by a REIT that is only concerned with the dollars generated.
