Apartment Review for King's Quarters Apartments - Kansas City, MO

Lived there quite some time had enough and moved. Testy management. One of the maintenence guys does not know what he is doing and is always blaming the tenants for damaged things in the apartment to the manager. Kids come in the summer from neighboring apartment complex and run around the street till at least midnite. They also come in the pool when the office is closed and crowd the dirty swimming pool and get in fights with the tenant's children. The spa is full of bacteria as I immediately got sick coming out of there and had flu like symptoms for 3 days. Some tenants think they owe the gym and do not want people there when they are exercising. The neighbors are not friendly and complain about each other to the manager for simple things instead of approaching their neighbor. Security use to be 24/7 and they barely drive around at nite through the complex. I know of three thefts to the tenant's personal property while I was there and one when I moved out. Other than this is really quiet there. They do not discriminate against race and tenants from multiple cultural backrounds live there.
