Sums up this place fairly nice. NBT is the perfect place to live if you're a criminal (Convicted murderer, drug dealer/user, pedophile.) This place also holds monthly kangaroo court sessions where they hold mock trials. Security guards patrol the property employing racist tactics. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy..  Need to rent an apartment?
