Apartment Review for Phileo Apartments - Kansas City, MO

I needed a place close to UMKC while working on my master's degree and I stumbled across this place. It is close to everything!!! Barb (landlady) is the best and when I moved in, the place was spotless! The Scottish handyman who takes care of the place is a hotty! I've been here for six months now and haven't regretted my decision to live here for a second. The park across the street has a nice track for my daily run.
