Apartment Review for Santa Fe Village Apartments - Kansas City, MO

I'm a manager here and live here on property with 2 other managers a maintenance man and 2 full time security guards. No other property comes close to comparing with our full time onsite staff. Crime is ZERO here with our onsite staff. We are aggressive at insuring that our property is safe, crime free, drug free, problem free and noise free. We are quick to solve problems both domestic and maintenance related. NO other property responds after hours like ours does, 24 hours a day 7 days a week we have our cellphones. We have a spacious and clean apartments. Onsite laundry facilities. Off street secure parking. Our tenants are wonderful and we love our current residents. We want great tenants here. If you do drugs, if you are a criminal, if you like to have constant parties, if their are always people coming and going from your apartment, if you don't pay your rent, if you cause problems for others then don't apply.
