Apartment Review for Scandia Village Apartments - Kansas City, MO

Agree with other reviewer. Noise from the night club is awful and nothing happens even when complaints are filed with the city of kcmo. When first moved in did not seem too bad. Most residents smoke so my apt. reeks of their smoke due to very bad air system. Furnances are in the basement so any strange smells get sucked into the air intake and blown right into your apt. This includes cigarette and pot smoke. Also agree that I think there is some trafficking. Some of the scariest people visit my building- needless to say when the lease is up I am gone. Snow removal is bad, but Inge the manager demands that maintenance keep her spot clean- regardless of how the rest of the parking lot looks. Maintenance has been good at doing repairs and the exterior always looks nice. A lot of older people and then a lot of scary smoking trashy types moving in now.
