Apartment Review for Shadow Creek - Kansas City, MO

The staff is rude and changes more then I change my clothes, and they just seems to get ruder with each change. When we moved in they were "replacing" the heater. It took they a month to figure out that the heating unit was the wrong size and they ended up putting the old trashed one back in. Any time it would run the whole apartment smelt like burnt A$$. It blew the main fuse all the time and would wake up in the A.M. freezing and have to go down stairs to the basement of the building to throw the fuse. I had to threaten to sue to get the hearer fixed completely! Summer time came around and the A/C didn't work, not that I expected it to. It is getting in the 90's now and its not cool on the 3rd floor with no air. I am a realitivly clean person. I would only leave a few dishes in the sink for an evening and I vacuum and sweep routinly. They told us that they spray for bugs every 3 or so months. I have cock roaches in my Kitchen! They don't Spray, or one of my neighbors is really GROSS! They tried to stick up with $200 worth of electricity from the tennet before. Buildings are old and in need of a major remodel. Don't lean on the railings if you do live here! Ours is falling off! i am praying that December comes fast so I can get the hell up outta here!!!!!
