Apartment Review for Shadow Creek - Kansas City, MO

Shadow Creek apartments is not a good place to live. I've lived here only a year and I moved in with roaches. The maintenance staff sucks; i've requested for maintenance inside my apartment 5/1/2010 and haven't received any service. There is always shooting of some sort around here and God forbid if you want to check your mailbox in the morning, there's a chance you will get robbed. Yes there was a lady checking her mail in the morning before work and was held gun point at everything she had was taken. Someone/s stole 3 AC's (yes the entire unit) right outside the apartments. This tells you that the security is hardly on guard. If you are a single woman moving into these apartments, please be careful, there is alot of loitering that goes on. These apartments are horrible and I would never suggest anyone to live here. Before i moved here, i read the reviews and didn't listen and moved here anyway. Please listen to me when i say this is not a safe place to live and the Management or the new management they have now are snotty and don't give a care about their tenants.
