Apartment Review for Shadow Creek - Kansas City, MO

I have lived here for 3 years and I must admit it hasn't been that bad until the last couple of months. You see we got some new managment and the Asst. Manager is cool but the Manager over her is rude, full of attitude and on some kind of power trip. She doesn't care if your apartment is in the sh*tter or if any thing is wrong!!! Let me put it this way...I've lived here a while and so has quite a few of some of my other neighbors. We are ALL moving!!!! I have had flooding, ceiling leaks, and even simple maintenance requests not taken care of for months!! It is complete BS!!! It is unsafe, unsanitary and expect to be ignored! Unless you are desperate don't do it!!!
