Apartment Review for Somerset Village Apartments - Kansas City, MO

The security doors get sort of propped open sometimes, but all the tenants in our building know each other and no shady people are around. Parking is no problem at all. Nobody has to search for a place to park. The place is kept well manicured and mowed. Hallway carpets are vacuumed regularly. The office managers are friendly and helpful. Maintenance has responded in a couple of hours usually, if not immediatey. Maintenance and repair people are friendly and I believe honest. I've lived in 2 units here. Both good condition, even considering the complex was built in 1960. Noise level: We're a block from the police station and 3 blocks from the fire station. Go figure. Neighbors are fairly quiet. Overall rating is above average for the price range.
