Been there a couple years, not by choice, and will be moving in a couple months. The maintenece is HORRIBLE. Have gone through 4 and yeas that a FOUR refrigurators and this last one is the WORST, its like from 1950's...yes drugs and crap everywhere its totally ghetto...its not cheap either for what you get....pluming is bad leakes all the time...ceiling is water stained...stay away...  Need to rent an apartment?
