Appearances are deceiving

The management was and still is very nice to me, my fiance, and our 16 month old son. However, that doesn't mean crap when the maintenance MEN doesn't know what's wrong with ur furnace that leaks and makes a nice pond in the carpet, one of the fridge legs rusted through because ur fridge leaks, the screen door hasn't been fixed in 4 months, the seal on the back door isn't good so cold air gets through. The parking is horrible, you can't find a spot in front of a building so you see ppl parking on the street and then getting tickets for it by the security that rolls through or the off duty cops that do nothing. So far in 10 months that i've lived here there were 2 car break-ins on the street and 1 more in front of a building. Finally the noise is horrible, it's like you have no insulation because you can hear every step ppl take going up and down the stairs, and there's always someone who blares their music at odd times of the day and night.
