Apartment Review for The Ethans - Kansas City, MO

I have lived at the Ethan's for 3 years. During that time, I had several small problems such as the Microwave not working when I moved in (took 2 months for them to replace), forgetting to lock the door when they leave after doing random apartment checks, and the worst was not fixing my AC. I would call, go to the office, and do everything I could think of to get my AC fixed and they would keep claiming that it was not broken. They refused to schedule an appointment to meet me at the apartment so that I could show them why it was not working. They would instead leave a note while I'm away saying it was fixed. The AC hasn't worked properly for 6 months. During the spring, its not a big deal, but when summer rolls around, I could leave the AC running 24 hrs a day and never get the apartment below 85 degrees. On top of that, I'm stuck with extremely high electric bills. I got tired of dealing with new managers all the time who claimed they would fix the problem and I am moving out to a place that will provide these basic services properly. I do not recommend the Ethans to anyone.
