Apartment Review for The Woodlands - Kansas City, MO

After reading these reviews online, I still chose to move into the Woodlands and give them a chance. The day I moved in, my bathroom light fixture was full of water. Since then, the apartment's shower above mine has leaked heavily through the ceiling and drips into my bathroom daily. There are large amounts of mold starting to grow on the sheetrock. Unfortnately I can not write an unbiased review as maintence has been poor at best and has not solved the problem going on 4 months now. Endless calls have been made to management, but still no solution. Walls are thin and you hear much of what your neighbors are doing. I scan daily for spiders/bugs and kill several per week. The walls seem to let the spiders right in.
