Apartment Review for Tiffany Manor Club & Apartments - Kansas City, MO

well i stayed a few nites with a friend to help get her kids to school since she is a single mom of three children she only has 3 months left and now they have a bs attorney write her a letter telling her she has to be out in ten days or there will be legal proceeding and charged double rent. she has always paid rent on time and had no problem untill she came home and her window was broke so she put a work order in for the window and a clogged toliet. so the maientance arrives right then he put caboard on the window and claims the toliet is fixed well its not. he reports to office that the dammage was done by her and they give her a letter saying she has 3 days to pay them 35 dollars and she might have bedbugs the maientance man said he saw something on her mattress .well my friend tells them she will check it out and let them know well she calls me to come over to help check so we search everywhere 4 hours with magnifys even turning lights off and on we found 3 sugar ants and2 spiders that was it no bedbugs.they show up the next day without her permission while she was at work, with orkin and said with in 5 minutes of entering that she has them and that she has to pay for orkin 2 spray they give her a sheet of things to do to prep 4 the spray which included moving all furniture in the house to the center of room and using plyers to pull up carpet ..she did it then she asked the okin man when he came to spray to let her brother film the bugs on video the orkin man chose not to spray or come in. infact he said we must not have them and he will tell the office to get a second opinion since he wasnt the same guy that checked for the bugs.. by the way what the maientance saw on the mattress was mildew from the celling above her window that leaked every time it rained .also the office called her on the phone and said she could no longer go into the office and she has to tell everyone that comes to her house that she has bed bugs which i know is bs, however most of the buildings arround her r now vaccant and when they moved out they said they had bed bugs. the traffic in and out that the office thinks is at her house is actually people buying drugs from her neighbor that loves when single women move in so he can be nice to them long enough to know something to use to hurt them like one lady was threatened cause she wouldnt let the neighbor use her car so he said he was going to kill her cats if she didnt let him .my personal opinion is to go to a homless shelter in stead living at tiffany mannor in kc,mo. if anyone that reads this has ever lived at this place would like to be a witness for my friend send me a reply and we will get in touch thanks . gambitt_us@yahoo.com
