Apartment Review
Not that great of a place
Review Date: 5/19/2009 Reviewer: Anonymous
I believe the reviewer before me actually works here. With that said, let me tell you about Timber Lakes of Red Bridge from an actual renter. Safety: There have been multiple car break ins, house break ins and armed robberies. This is a fact. Check with the KCPD. Parking: If you pay the $50 a month for a garage, you have parking, if not, then good luck on finding a spot. The design is not that good, and could have used a ton more parking spots. Appearance: The nature and ponds make the appearance what it is. Office Staff: This is almost a joke. Most of the staff are decent, Linda, the main Apartment Manager is one of the most rude and intrusive managers I have ever come across. If they got rid of her, the rating would go from 1 to 5. Maintenance: Again, almost laughable. The grass in front for people to see gets mowed regularly, those that have back views get foot tall grass and tons of weeds in their beds. They get pulled once a year. Thats the only time it looks nice. Condition of Unit: The units are in decent condition. Nothing fancy. Noise Level. WARNING, you will hear everything your neighbor says or does. The walls are paper thin. If your neighbors decide to do activities late at night, you will hear every bit of it. Overall Rating: For $980 a month, this place is way overrated. I have been here a little over a year and cannot wait to leave. For $200 less a month, I can get a much better place to live. Avoid this place if possible |
