Apartment Review for Tropicana Apartments - Kansas City, MO

I lived in the Tropicana during Law School and for a year after. The property is locally owned and managed. If there is a maintenance problem they have a 24 hour system for reporting maintenance issues. There is offstreet parking, but the only time it's not closed is if some fool didn't change the battery in their gate opener and they complain to the management and the management has to leave it open while they troubleshoot the problem, only to find out there's just a problem with someone's battery. If you want a reasonably priced apartment near the Plaza, this is the place.
