Don't Get An Apartment Here!!!! I have been without heat since I moved in in August and it's February. These people are freezing me out!! The only way I can get out of my lease is to pay 20% of what I have left on my lease which is $900. It will be the biggest mistake you've ever mad moving to Vintage Park AKA Presidents Gardens. It's not worth paying cheaper rent. People get killed over here, music plays 24/7, the pilot on my stove is constantly out...It's Ridiculous to say the most!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Need to rent an apartment?
