heating is good (individual furnace in each apt) but cooling is via a window unit A/C and could be better. The complex is convenient to UMKC and the Plaza. This apt. needs some minor maintenance, but is serviceable enough for a student. The complex is under new management, so things are likely to change, hopefully for the better.  Need to rent an apartment?
